Natalia Vodianova

Natalia Vodianova is a Russian model and philanthropist who lives in the United Kingdom. She originally comes from a financially struggling family, but managed to sign with Viva Models by the age of 17.

She has made an apparition in the movie Clash of the Titans (2010), starring Sam Worthington. She plays the role of Medusa, a monster that automatically turns to stone whoever gazes at her. However, only her face is used for the role, because her character has a lengthy snake-like body which was created using special visual effects.

In reality, Clash of the Titans (2010) is a remake of a movie with the same name, Clash of the Titans (1981). In the 1981 version of Clash of the Titans, the "Medusa" is entirely fake. The advanced special visual effects in the 2010 version are definitely a plus comparatively to the original movie, but the storyline of the new version is questionable.

NBA All-Star Weekend 2011: Sprite Slam Dunk Contest

On Saturday February 19th, Blake Griffin, rookie forward from the Los Angeles Clippers, won the Sprite Slam Dunk Contest after arriving in the finals with the Washington Wizards' 7-foot center Javale McGee. Griffin's winning dunk was done over the front of a Kia Optima, while a choir was singing in the background the song "I believe I can fly". If McGee had kept the same amount of creativity that he had from the beginning, he would have won the dunk contest. McGee was undoubtedly the most creative contestant that night, with his two-rims-two-ball dunk and his one-rim-three-balls dunk. Also competing that night in the dunk contest were forward Serge Ibaka from the Oklahoma City Thunders, and guard DeMar DeRozan from the Toronto Raptors who replaced the Milwaukee Bucks' guard Brandon Jennings due to injuries.

People are still questioning themselves on Duvalier's true motives for flying back to Haiti. However, the truth will never be known until it is confirmed by "Baby Doc" himself.
